What You’ll Do- Direct day‑to‑day production activities and oversee multiple production lines and teams
- Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor reports and data to troubleshoot issues and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Hire, train, evaluate, and coach team members—including shift coordinators
- Lead safety and food safety compliance efforts in alignment with company and regulatory standards
- Adjust production schedules and priorities based on operational needs
- Partner with engineering to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
- Drive team motivation, engagement, and accountability
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing or technical field
- Previous leadership experience in a food production or manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of production line machinery and processes
- Familiarity with safety, food safety, and quality control procedures
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and adapt in a fast‑paced setting
- Skilled in reading technical documents and writing reports
- Proficiency in basic math and interpreting operational data
