Schedule
Rotating shifts: 6 am – 2 pm, 2 pm – 10 pm, 10 pm – 6 am; rotating shifts every 2 weeks with huddles starting 15 minutes before start time.
Rate of PayHourly pay range: $23.48 - $30.32 per hour. Rate may be adjusted based on qualifications and experience.
Role & Responsibilities- Adhere to all safety/housekeeping requirements within a manufacturing setting.
- Operate production equipment, troubleshoot, and make necessary adjustments to ensure product and quality specifications are met.
- Record production data and other results as required.
- Apply basic maintenance skills to help service equipment.
- Take an active role in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as required by supervision.
- Be adaptable to scheduling requirements including shift work, overtime assignment, working weekends, etc. where applicable.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing setting safely and follow all plant safety and housekeeping rules.
- Ability to learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.
- Ability to interpret verbal and written work instructions.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Proficiency in taking measurements as needed to verify product is within specifications.
- Basic maintenance skills, familiarity with common hand tools (hammer, wrench, screwdrivers, pliers, putty knife, etc.).
- Effective teamwork and communication skills with coworkers.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
