Schedule:
Monday – Friday; 7am - 3:30pm

What will you do?

A day in the life of an Inventory Lead at VF looks a little like this.

The Inventory lead is responsible for a documenting inventory by recording additions, disbursements, adjustments, losses and removal of items.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • Leading, communicating, coaching, and motivating, individuals and the shift team to meet and/or exceed day-to-day quality, efficiency, and organizations objectives.
  • Assist the supervisor in the execution of facility operations to meet production within their department to reach operational goal.
  • Prepare basic inventory reports by collecting and analyzing information on stock usage.
  • Maintain inventory operations by following policies and procedures and report changes as needed.

What do you need to succeed?

While formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 2+ years of experience and professional achievements.

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • Basic level of education, reading, writing, and basic numeracy, problem solving, and accountability.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and grammatical skills with very strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

  • Familiarization with SAP system.
