Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000 available to eligible new hires ($500 after 30 days and $500 after 90 days of continuous employment). Subject to taxes.

• $27.00 – $28.00 per hour (with shift differentials where applicable)

This position works a third‑shift schedule designed to support advanced manufacturing operations.

• Monday – Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:30 pm

As an ATDM Precision Manufacturing Technician – CNC Machining, you’ll be a key part of keeping the training labs running smoothly day in and day out. Your work happens on the shop floor, side‑by‑side with instructors and students, making sure machines are set up correctly, tooling is ready, and labs stay on schedule.

• Help prepare CNC machines for hands‑on training.
• Support instructors during lab activities.
• Step in to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Create a safe, organized, and professional shop environment.

• First shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Second shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
• Third shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Shift assignments are determined by business needs and may change over time based on program demand, individual performance, and tenure. Your pay will include a shift differential based on the class times you are assigned to support.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Precision Machining Technology diploma or equivalent hands‑on CNC experience.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC milling and/or turning equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T.
• Working knowledge of precision measuring tools.
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and reliability.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
