Position SummaryThe Pastoris responsible for leading the church to function as a New Testament church. The Pastor is the leader of the Pastoral Ministries program of the church and, as such, he works with the Deacons and the church staff to lead the church in performing its objectives; to lead the church to engage in a fellowship of worship, witness, education, ministry, and service;
to proclaim the Gospel to believers and unbelievers; and to care for the church members and other persons in the community.
The Pastor is the immediate supervisor of all ministerial staff and the overall supervisor of other staff. The Pastor is an ex-officio member of all teams.
