Compensation- Local Rate: $51/hour

- Patient Population: All ages (adult & pediatric)
- Unit Snapshot: 31 beds + 2 triage rooms (includes behavioral health/acute utilization)
- Typical Ratios: 1:4–1:6 (may vary with volume/acuity)
- Documentation/EHR: Med Host (ED) and Meditech (as applicable)
- Experience: 5+ years of recent Emergency Department (ER/ED) RN experience (high-acuity preferred)
- License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state requirements apply)
- Required Certifications (active prior to start): BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, Handle with Care, and PALS or ENPC
- Professional Fit: Professional, positive, compassionate, team-oriented
- Compliance: Ability to complete travel nurse onboarding requirements, including required screening and documentation
- Provide RN coverage within the Emergency Department based on unit needs, patient volume/acuity, and established department workflows
- Support ED operations such as triage and patient flow as assigned by the unit
- Document care in the designated EHR systems (Med Host in the ED and Meditech as applicable)
- Work collaboratively with the ED care team to support safe, timely care delivery
- Practice with awareness that some ED beds may be utilized for behavioral health/acute patients, following facility policies and unit guidance
