Registered Nurse (RN) ICU – Nights
$20,000 Sign on Bonus Eligibility
Schedule: 12-hour shift, full-time (36 hours/week) with every other weekend. Shift times: 7 P – 7 A.

About Our Team- 19-bed closed ICU
- 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio
- Physician coverage from Critical Care Physicians and Residency Physicians
- Supportive, team‑based environment focused on high‑acuity patient care and professional growth
- Perform plan‑of‑care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.
- Document patient care provided.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
- Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
- Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of the patient.
- Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
- Provide quality patient care and work flexible shifts or units as needed.

- Current VA RN license or compact state licensure.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Previous acute‑care hospital experience highly preferred.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
- American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
