Our 10‑room surgical suite supports a wide range of specialties with 17 surgeons utilizing block time. Nurses have the opportunity to circulate and assist in procedures across:
- Orthopedics
- General Surgery
- OB/GYN
- Urology
- ENT
- Spine
- Pulmonary
We utilize advanced technology, including Mako and da Vinci robotic systems, reflecting our commitment to best practices and a patient‑first approach.
With many nurses on the unit having 15+ years of experience, mentorship and hands‑on training are readily available. Multidisciplinary teamwork sets us apart, with a shared goal of delivering safe, high‑quality, compassionate care close to home.
How you will contribute- Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.
- Document patient care provided.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Prepare, position, and transport patients for procedures.
- Prepare surgical and endoscopy suites with solutions, scopes, equipment, and supplies; validate proper reprocessing of scopes for every procedure.
- Assess and care for patients throughout the perioperative process, including pre‑procedure and post‑procedure care.
- Operate specialized equipment and maintain a safe environment.
- Account for use of supplies during surgical/endoscopy procedures.
- Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
