Under the supervision of the ICF Nurse Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides general nursing services to individuals receiving 24-hr residential services. Responsibilities include conducting medical assessments, assessing physical health needs, scheduling and transporting individuals to medical appointments, providing direct care, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Minimum Requirements- M1:
Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid LPN license to practice in Virginia - M2:
Valid drivers' license - Fingerprints, state and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and CANIS report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
$46,925 – $82,119
$3,000 sign-on bonus
Shift differential: $2.00 2nd shift
