2nd Shift
This is a Contract/PRN position that provides services on an as‑needed basis. Hours are not guaranteed and will fluctuate based on program needs. This position is not a regular full‑time or part‑time role.
ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the ICF Nurse Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse provides general nursing services to individuals receiving 24‑hour Residential Services. Responsibilities include conducting medical assessments, assessing physical health needs, scheduling and transporting individuals to medical appointments, providing direct care to individuals, and maintaining accurate documents.
Minimum Requirements- Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid LPN license to practice in Virginia
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug‑free workplace.
Hourly Rate Range$23.09 - $40.01. Shift Differential: $2.00 for 2nd shift.
