As a New Graduate RN, you'll be supported every step of the way as you begin your nursing career. Our evidence-based Nurse Residency Program provides hands‑on, structured support to help you transition from a new graduate to a confident, competent registered nurse.

You'll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12‑month program, structured across three key phases: clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care.

• Paid participation throughout all phases of the program
• Flexible, self‑paced learning through engaging modules and knowledge checks
• Dedicated one‑on‑one support from a trained preceptor to help you build clinical skills and transition to managing your own patient assignments
• Exposure to key topics such as patient safety, communication, healthcare business, and change management
• Completion of a Capstone project focused on evidence‑based practice, with guidance and support every step of the way

A New Graduate RN who excels in this role will:

Passionate New Graduates who have a:

• Degree from an accredited nursing school
• RN Licensure
• BCLS

3 twelve‑hour shifts:
Days (7 a‑m – 7 p‑m) and Nights (7 a‑m – 7 p‑m) every other weekend.
