Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including all ages. With 24 beds available, the nurse will work alongside a professional team to deliver high-quality services.
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening.
