You'll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12-month program, structured across three key phases:clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development.

Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care.

• Paid participation throughout all phases of the program
• Flexible, self-paced learning through engaging modules and knowledge checks
• Dedicated one-on-one support from a trained preceptor to help you build clinical skills and transition to managing your own patient assignments
• Exposure to key topics such as patient safety, communication, healthcare business, and change management
• Completion of a Capstone project focused on evidence-based practice, with guidance and support every step of the way
