Walmart Stores - Up to $23.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates, communicate effectively, and be flexible to support the business.;
Be an Expert: prepare food according to item specifications, plan for future productions, seasonally adapt, adhere to food safety standards, manage inventory, operate and sanitize equipment.;
Be a Techie: use digital tools to drive sales, use handheld devices for production decisions, training, and quality improvements.;
Be an Owner: drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, assist customers per policies.;
Be a Talent Ambassador: advocate for the department, model high-quality service, show energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
