Position Summary
As a Senior Meat Cutter you will drive sales in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service; remain flexible to the needs of the business; track goods, maintain inventory levels, and control shrinkage.
- Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the various types and seasonality of different meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations; provide meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications (cutting, slicing, grinding, wrapping), ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and inventory management.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality.
- Drive business results by ensuring operational excellence; plan for profitability; maintain a work area according to company policies and procedures; secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise; assist members with purchasing decisions; ensure merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored.
- Act as a talent ambassador by supporting the department and club; model high‑quality service and products; execute the basics at the highest level of quality; interact with associates to understand roadblocks and assist in training them to perform job‑related duties.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement action plans using the Open Door Policy; carry out work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners to prioritise tasks and recommend improvements.

- At least 6 months of experience working in a fresh production department.
- Must meet all job‑required training and assessment requirements within the prescribed time period.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Experience in a meat processing area.

PayHourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00 (salary may be increased above the minimum wage required for the location).
