Member Specialist

Position Summary

Provides member services and maintains the checkout, entrance, and exit areas while ensuring a safe shopping environment and compliance with Sam’s Club policies and safety standards.

• Provide member service, including assistance with purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Guide members on self‑service technology and promote Sam’s Club products and services.
• Maintain checkout, entrance, and exit areas, including obstacle removal and arrangement of merchandise.
• Conduct safety sweeps, report unsafe situations, and execute emergency response procedures.
• Assist with training new associates and deliver training on technology and new programs.
• Review member receipts, maintain paperwork, logs, and required documentation.
• Identify shrink, damages, and protect company assets by observing potential criminal activity.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and partners to prioritize work and improve processes.

• Retail experience operating front‑end equipment such as a cash register.
• Experience with mobile retail applications.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. Additional premiums may apply.
