Supervise and train store associates in member service and pickup operations;
Oversee Club Pickup processes including selecting and staging orders and ensuring accuracy;
Monitor and improve ecommerce programs like Club Pick Up and Ship From Club;
Ensure safety and compliance with policies; perform safety sweeps and report hazards;
Promote company products/services and provide excellent member service.
