Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a zone within the store selling floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, and inventory processes meet expectations;
Oversee stock management and ensure zone merchandise is planned for and received and stocked on the sales floor;
Schedule and staff for unload/processing and drive associate productivity and customer service standards;
Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives for follow-up;
Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store as needed
