Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs;
Support store sales initiatives and maintain shopping environment during holiday season;
Collaborate with store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-presented on the floor;
Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals
