Game Stop - 364 Lowes Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, answer questions, and assist with gaming needs; promote promotions and loyalty programs.;
Support store environment and sales initiatives to create guest relationships and drive repeat business.;
Process guest purchases/returns using the POS system accurately and professionally.;
Respond to guest questions by phone or in-person and escalate issues to the Store Manager when needed.;
Assist the Store Manager with training, onboarding, and compliance training for store associates; provide feedback on performance to align with guest service standards.
