- - Responsibilities:
Engage with pet parents and their pets, greeting customers throughout the store;
Prepare online orders for pick-up in store and ensure a smooth, positive pickup experience;
Maintain store cleanliness and pet safety standards; provide direct care for store pets;
Assist in various store areas as needed (including services) and support weekly price changes and monthly promotions;
Promote events and programs (adoption weekends, Treats enrollment, charity events) and follow all company policies
