This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative at our Danville, VA location. The key responsibilities include managing inside sales activities, generating leads, nurturing relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing accounts. The position involves effective communication with clients to provide support and solutions tailored to their needs.
Qualifications- Proven experience in Inside Sales with strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to address client needs and maintain excellent relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify new opportunities and ensure successful ongoing client relationships
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus
