Xfinity Field Sales Professional -Danville

Job Summary

This job is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. This role focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships to meet sales targets. To maximize sales and/or winbacks, this role utilizes extensive product knowledge and sales experience.

Annual Salary: $72,400 (base + commission). Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $72,400.

• Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area.
• Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.
• Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively. Evaluating individual customers' existing and potential product needs and making recommendations.
• Increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers.
• Evaluating offers from other companies and framing a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast.
• Meeting physical requirements of the job, including the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.
• Obtaining and maintaining necessary credentials and/or licenses required to sell or design alarm systems as required by law.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintaining regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
