Xfinity Field Sales Professional -Danville

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned territory. The role focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units, establishing relationships to meet sales targets and maximizing sales and/or winbacks through extensive product knowledge and sales experience.

• Showcase Comcast product expertise and promote/sell to customers by door‑to‑door canvassing in the assigned area.
• Demonstrate current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products, including features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.
• Communicate and develop rapport with customers effectively.
• Evaluate individual customers’ existing and potential product needs and make recommendations.
• Increase customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models, as well as unique benefits over other service providers.
• Evaluate offers from other companies and frame a response that showcases the advantages of Comcast.
• Meet the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to walk and/or travel door‑to‑door for considerable distances in all weather conditions.
• Obtain and maintain any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law.
• Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Work nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

Base Pay: $28,400.00 per year.
Target Total Compensation (Base Pay plus Commission): $72,400.00 per year.
Sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non‑sales positions are eligible for a bonus.
