Full-Time Retail Sales Associate (Pawnbroker)
$13.00 to $17.00 per hour. Earn up to 8% commission on transactions, potentially increasing hourly rate.

Entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in pawn store locations nationwide. Work with colleagues to provide customer service for retail and lending. Process sales, loans, and other transactions with jewelry, merchandise, and firearms where applicable.
Responsibilities- Greet and interact with customers to build rapport and recommend solutions.
- Perform open/close procedures.
- Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and merchandise displays.
- Execute sales and loan transactions per policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
- Answer incoming calls according to company standards.
- Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
- Partner with all employees for a positive customer experience.
- Complete assigned training.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Willingness and ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Capacity to stand, stoop, walk, climb, push, pull, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
- Will handle tasks outside building and retrieve stored products as needed.
- Minimum age 18.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong desire to serve customers and be team‑oriented.
- Ability to multitask in fast‑paced environment.
- Basic math proficiency.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work multiple locations and retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer literate; able to operate POS and common office equipment.
