This job is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. This role focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships to meet sales targets. To maximize sales and/or winbacks, this role utilizes extensive product knowledge and sales experience.
Annual SalaryBase + commission: $72,400.
Core Responsibilities- Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door‑to‑door canvassing in an assigned area
- Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns
- Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively; evaluating individual customers’ existing and potential product needs and making recommendations
- Increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models as well as unique benefits over other service providers
- Evaluating offers from other companies and framing a response to showcase the advantages of Comcast
- Meeting the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to walk and/or travel door‑to‑door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions
- Where applicable, obtaining and maintaining any credentials and/or licenses necessary to sell and/or design alarm systems as required by law
- Consistently exercising independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
- Maintaining regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; working nights and weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Base Pay: $28,400.00
Targeted Commission: $44,000.00
Total Target Compensation (Base + Targeted Commission): $72,400.00
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who over‑achieve their sales targets. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission under the applicable plan, while most non‑sales positions are eligible for a bonus.
