Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

The DetailsPerform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control. Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance. Prepare rooms/areas for work activities. Set up staging area and equipment for each project ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Communicate with restoration supervisor and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes and follow direction accordingly.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
- Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.
- Load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
- Effectively communicate safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
- Perform restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-up
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work occasional overtime hours
- Previous experience in restoration, or a related field is preferred.
- IICRC certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
