Aero Farms is seeking a maintenance technician to support robotic automation and automated packaging lines in our Virginia facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment, read electrical/hydraulic/HVAC schematics, and collaborate with production to ensure continuous operations.
The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, experience with CMMS, and comfort working in GMP-like environments with PPE. Overtime and multiple shifts may be required.
