Piedmont Service Group is seeking a PM Technician Level II to perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC systems. The role may lead an on-site PM team, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety and quality in service delivery.
The ideal candidate has HVAC/R knowledge, basic math/reading skills, and is capable of communicating services performed to customers. Universal CFC certification within 1 year is preferred, with adherence to company safety standards.
