Daly Seven seeks an experienced Corporate Maintenance Technician to support a growing hotel portfolio across VA, NC, and SC. This travel-heavy role requires hands-on troubleshooting of HVAC (PTAC/VTAC, chillers, split systems), plumbing, electrical systems, and kitchen/laundry equipment.
Responsibilities include field repairs, PM audits, safety compliance, and coordination with Chief Engineers. A valid license, strong problem-solving, and the ability to travel frequently are essential.
