First Piedmont Corporation is seeking a Lead Diesel Mechanic for our Danville location. This role supervises shop personnel, inspects, diagnoses, repairs and maintains diesel-powered vehicles and equipment, and coordinates work with other mechanics to ensure timely and quality repairs.
The candidate will perform diagnostics, repair or replacement of parts, and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment and commercial trucks, while maintaining repair records and ensuring safety compliance.
