HES Facilities Management - - Responsibilities:
Receive and complete work orders using electronic, verbal, or written instructions;
Record start and finish times and provide comments on job-site actions;
Perform plumbing repairs/installations including sinks, toilets, valves and water coolers; replace damaged water lines; unclog drainage systems;
Measure, cut, thread and prepare piping for replacement or new installations;
Perform minor electrical and carpentry repairs
