Virginia Department of Veterans Services seeks a Resource Specialist to assess the needs of service members, veterans and their families and coordinate care across providers. The RS will create a coordinated services plan, connect clients with appropriate resources and monitor outcomes under VVFS guidance.
Must have knowledge of military culture and experience in human services, with strong communication, client service, and computer skills.
