The Danville Pittsylvania Chamber of Commerce is seeking an Infant and Child Case Manager who will assess, link, and advocate for children birth to seven at risk of serious emotional disturbance. Under supervision, you will coordinate services and develop Individual Service Plans (ISPs) for assigned caseload.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an active Virginia RN license, a valid driver's license, and the ability to complete background checks.
