Support Services of Virginia is seeking a
Site Coordinator in Danville to provide person-centered support and hands-on leadership for individuals receiving services. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys coaching team members while helping individuals increase their independence and achieve their personal goals.
As a Site Coordinator, you will work alongside individuals in both residential and community settings, encouraging personal development, independence, and active participation in community life. Each day provides an opportunity to make a positive and meaningful impact.

The Site Coordinator is responsible for implementing Individual Support Plans (ISPs), offering leadership, coaching, and guidance to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Assistant Site Coordinators (ASCs), and serving as a role model for Positive Practices while promoting quality service delivery.
This position requires daytime, evening, and weekend availability. Overnight hours may also be required based on site needs and staffing requirements. The Site Coordinator reports directly to the Site Service Coordinator or Regional Head of Services.
Compensation- $15.50 per hour
- Ability to pass criminal and registry background checks
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with proof of education
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and accept constructive feedback
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid, Medication Management, Medicaid Waiver Certification, and Core Competencies
- Basic math skills
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Experience supporting individuals with brain injuries is preferred
