CDL A Drivers Get Home Weekly $1400-$2000+/WK (Full Time)

Class A drivers with at least one year of verifiable Class A experience within the last three years are invited to join an account that offers a guaranteed salary plus extra pay per shipment and comprehensive benefits. Drivers have the opportunity to get home weekly, though weekends are not guaranteed.

• Drivers will pick up loads at a distribution center just outside Front Royal. Trailers are preloaded and the driver will hook and go.
• Pay structure: daily salary of $215 and an additional $300 for each trailer unloaded.
• Drivers typically handle 2–4 stops per trailer, unloading items weighing 1–35 lbs onto conveyor belts for store personnel to process.
• After the 34‑hour reset to home, drivers may still be on a load; once a week is completed, they head back to the DC for the next load.

• Orientation takes place in Dayton, lasting about two days. The company covers transportation, hotel, and meals, and pays $85 per day for orientation.
• Training lasts 3–5 days and may involve double bunking with the trainer or independently learning on the truck. Training pay is $215 per day.
• Upon successful completion, drivers may bring a rider and a pet while on the road.

Full benefits commence after 60 days of employment.

Urine drug test only. Drivers must never have failed or refused any type of drug test, even if they have completed SAP.

Drivers will have 3–5 days of training on the account and will be home weekly. They may take trucks home but must be able to park a tractor and trailer.
