Join the team behind Danville’s premier boutique hotels. We’re looking for a professional, safety-focused Luxury Shuttle Driver who takes pride in creating smooth, polished, and memorable guest experiences from the very first ride.

Danville Hotel Collection is seeking a Luxury Shuttle Driver to provide safe, professional, and elevated transportation for guests of The Bee Hotel, The Holbrook Hotel, and The Laurel Hotel.

This role is more than driving. Our shuttle drivers are often the first and last impression of our hotels, serving as a warm welcome, a knowledgeable local guide, and a polished hospitality representative. Drivers will operate the Danville Hotel Collection Mercedes Sprinter Van for approved routes including Caesars Virginia, local partner experiences, airports, group events, and other manager-approved destinations.

The ideal candidate is punctual, personable, safety-minded, and comfortable creating a luxury guest experience while representing Danville with pride.

• Provide safe, smooth, and courteous transportation for hotel guests at all times.
• Greet guests warmly, open doors, assist with luggage, and offer bottled water when appropriate.
• Maintain a professional, polished appearance and approachable demeanor.
• Serve as a knowledgeable local concierge by sharing information about Danville history, attractions, dining, events, and all three DHC hotels.
• Follow assigned shuttle schedules and approved routes while remaining flexible for manager-approved guest needs.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including fuel, tires, lights, heat/AC, cleanliness, and safety equipment.
• Keep the shuttle clean, stocked, and guest-ready before and after every trip.
• Complete daily driver logs, including mileage, fuel, guest trips, and vehicle notes.
• Communicate clearly with front desk teams, managers on duty, and hotel leadership.
• Report maintenance issues, guest safety concerns, lost and found items, accidents, or breakdowns immediately.
• Uphold guest confidentiality and protect guest privacy at all times.

Our Luxury Shuttle Drivers are expected to deliver VIP-level service by:

• Creating a comfortable, professional, and polished ride experience.
• Driving with safety, patience, and professionalism.
• Offering local recommendations without being intrusive.
• Keeping music low and guest-appropriate, or allowing guests to choose music or silence.
• Confirming return pick-up details when applicable.
• Thanking guests sincerely and ensuring they arrive safely and comfortably.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Clean and professional driving record required.
• Must provide a current DMV Driver Record as requested and annually thereafter.
• Must successfully complete a Virginia Criminal History Background Check through the employer.
• Must complete drug and alcohol screening as directed by the employer.{"b":"Female"}
• Must report any issues, traffic violations, summons, misdemeanors, or felonies to the General Manager within 24 hours.
• Must be able to safely operate a Mercedes Sprinter Van.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Must be professional and guest-service oriented.
• Knowledge of Danville's local attractions, dining, and events is required.

Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, holidays, special events, group transportation needs, and peak hotel demand periods. The shuttle shift is Friday and Saturday evenings and as needed for weekday group business.

• Uniform shirt and name tag provided.
• Drivers must wear black or khaki slacks and nice closed-toe shoes.
• A clean, polished, professional appearance is required at all times.

Danville Hotel Collection is made up of three distinctive boutique hotels, each rooted in history, hospitality, and the continued revitalization of Danville. As a Luxury Shuttle Driver, you will play an important role in how guests experience not only our hotels, but the city itself.
