We are seeking a full‑time Accounting Clerk, with automotive experience, to process accounting transactions including car deals, accounts payable/receivable, tag and title paperwork, and more. Responsibilities- Process automotive dealership accounting transactions including car deals, accounts receivable/payable, account reconciliations, bank deposits, billing, tag and title paperwork, verify financial documents, and more.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Automotive accounting experience.
- Automotive general office bookkeeping experience required.
- Good MS Office/Excel skills.
- Automotive title clerk and biller experience is a plus.
- A good work ethic, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
- Starting at $17 – $18 per hour based on experience.
