We are looking for a self-starter Maintenance/Service Coordinator to deliver the desired customer service experience and assist in managing the Maintenance/Service Department workflow. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

• Answer Maintenance/Service phone, emails, work alerts and work orders.
• Assign new maintenance routes to a technician and log all customer information in system.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Service Technicians on schedules/changes to schedules and workflow.
• Notify customers of appointments and if any changes are needed to appointment time.
• Build quotes for customers for repairs or new installations.
• Order parts, follow-up with vendors or warranty centers parts.
• Submit warranty claims and create warranty jobs for different manufacturers.
• Pull and stage parts for Technicians for the next day jobs.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports for each job and invoice when completed.
• Create and send invoices and take payment to/from customers for service jobs.
• Verify monthly invoices for Maintenance Route customers; send invoices and take payments.
• Follow all company’s field procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with technical team and share information with Service/Maintenance Department.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings to customer and department leader.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
