Every classroom needs someone who can walk in and just get it — that's our Resource Teacher. You'll float between classrooms (infants through preschool), stepping in wherever an extra pair of hands and a calm, familiar face is needed most.

What You'll Do:

• Support lead teachers across different age groups throughout the day
• Help maintain ratios, routines, and a safe, engaging classroom environment
• Adapt quickly — no two days (or rooms) look the same
• Build real relationships with kids and staff, even on the go

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a licensed childcare setting preferred
• Comfortable working with a range of ages, from infants to preschoolers
• Flexible, dependable, and quick on your feet
• Willingness to meet Alabama DHR clearance and training requirements
