Mortgage Loan Processor (Full Time) – Daphne, AL

Days and hours of work:
Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Gather information and take each file from pre‑approval to closing.
• Input proper loan information into the system for processing.
• Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified and complies with company policy.
• Verify loan documents including income credit appraisal and title insurance, ultimately preparing application for submittal to underwriting.
• Review file documentation and make sure all items needed are requested.
• Order and coordinate loan documents.
• Perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management.

• 2–5 years mortgage loan processing experience, preferably with FHA, VA and USDA products.
• Knowledge of mortgage lending products, documentation, policies and procedures, service and delivery methods.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with internal/external customers via telephone, e‑mail and in person.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with a Windows‑based computer environment.
