We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to lead a first-shift team at a respected pharmacy operation in Daphne, Alabama. This role is ideal for a professional who is patient-focused and committed to ensuring every prescription is accurate and compliant. You will oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage technicians, and maintain high standards for non-sterile compounding workflows.

• Pharmacy Oversight: Oversee 1st shift operations to ensure safe dispensing and high-quality patient care.
• Dispensing: Verify, prepare, and dispense medications in accordance with legal and clinical standards.
• Compounding Management: Supervise non-sterile compounding activities while ensuring all documentation meets regulatory expectations.
• Patient Support: Provide counseling on prescription and OTC medications, including side effects and precautions.
• Team Leadership: Support and supervise pharmacy technicians during daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: A Pharmacy degree (BS Pharmacy or Pharm

• Licensure: An active Pharmacist license in the state of Alabama.
