Speech Language Pathologist in Daphne, AL

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed for an elementary school serving grades Kindergarten through 5th grade in Daphne, AL. This contract position spans the school year from March 2025 through May 29, 2026, with a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week.

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students K-5 in a school setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students communication development.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and school policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based problem solving.

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is required.
• Must be registered with the Board of Speech Examiners in Alabama.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site and handle a caseload independently.
