The American Autism & Rehabilitation Center (AARC) is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We are looking to add 2–3 full-time team members ASAP.
At AARC, we believe therapy is most impactful when delivered through collaboration, compassion, and a family-centered approach. Our multidisciplinary team includes BCBAs, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Teachers, and other skilled professionals all working together to help children and families thrive.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are nurturing, dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, teens, and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities.
What You’ll Do- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and functional life skills
- Collect and document behavioral data daily
- Support behavior reduction and replacement skill acquisition
- Collaborate closely with therapists, teachers, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
- Provide caregiver support and carryover strategies
- Participate in community and AARC events
- Maintain professionalism, communication, and timely documentation
- RBT Certification preferred
- High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- CPR/BLS & AED Certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Team-oriented mindset with a compassionate heart
Monday–Thursday
Typically between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM based on client scheduling needs

Physical RequirementsMust be able to actively engage with children in therapy environments including lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, squatting, sitting on the floor, and participating in movement-based activities throughout the day.
