Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Attend to guests during on-call notifications and check-ins, emergencies, and safety issues.;
Maintain control of hotel keys and logging keys in and out as needed.;
Perform limited guest check-ins/check-outs including greeting, registering guests, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and collecting payments.;
Provide guests with information about property amenities and local areas of interest.;
Maintain proficiency in location computer systems and hotel PMS.
