• Active Directory/O365 User Setup
  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Active Directory.
  • Ensure users have correct account permissions by collaborating with SSVA (third‑party IT vendor).
  • Maintain compliance with access and security protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end‑user technical issues efficiently.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher support tiers or specialized teams as necessary.
• Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Ensure proper allocation and compliance with organizational standards.
• IT Contracts with Utility Providers
  • Manage relationships with utility and service providers.
  • Negotiate, renew, and maintain IT service agreements to ensure cost‑effective operations.
• System Updates and Maintenance
  • Perform regular system updates and routine maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
• Collaboration with IT Vendors
  • Work closely with external vendors to ensure proper system functionality.
  • Coordinate efforts for system enhancements and issue resolution.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in IT or a related field preferred.
• Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 1+ years in an IT support setting, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support end‑users effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both internal staff and external vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
