Overview

• Evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment and handheld electrical devices.
• Provide equipment recommendations and ensure units are maintained.
• In-store duties: service store customers in Tool Rental, write customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs, verify proper tool operation and demonstrate usage as needed.
• Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of equipment in the Tool Rental department.
• In non-store locations: ensure units are repaired, tested for quality, cleaned before returning to the originating store, and manage tool inventory by maintaining and repairing tools.
