Description
The Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, ensuring high-quality customer support, and maintaining efficient workflows within the service department. This role involves managing service technicians, service advisors, and service clerks, coordinating schedules, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and customer expectations.
Essential Responsibilities And Expectations Team Leadership- Supervise and mentor service technicians and support staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety protocols.
- Schedule and assign service jobs to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor work quality and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.
- Enforce safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain operational standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Education High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in service operations or supervisory roles preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work is normally performed in a shop, office, or field environment. Exposure to physical risk and all weather conditions is associated with this position. Standing on hard surfaces for extended periods of time is often required.
