Pay Rate - $17.00 – $20.00/hr. (DOE)

As a Landscape Crew Member, you'll be at the heart of our installation team, delivering quality work and exceeding client expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and softscape features
• Build and maintain patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscapes
• Set up irrigation systems and conduct minor repairs
• Install and maintain outdoor lighting systems
• Operate skid steers, trenchers, compactors, and landscaping tools
• Prep soil, grade sites, and ensure proper drainage
• Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean worksite
• Collaborate with other Landscape Crew Members to meet timelines and exceed expectations

• 1–3 years in landscape installation preferred
• Proficiency in power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and carry 50+ lbs
• Team mindset and ability to follow direction
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors in all weather conditions
