Landscaper / General Laborer

Pay: $16-$17/hour
Locations: Fairhope & Daphne, AL

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Landscapers / General Laborers for projects in the Fairhope and Daphne areas. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and working with their hands.

• Perform landscaping and general outdoor labor tasks
• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain properties
• Assist with planting, mulching, cleanup, and other landscaping duties
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Work efficiently as part of a team while following safety procedures

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Comfortable working outside in heat, cold, rain, and changing weather conditions
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and repetitive movement
• Fast-paced team environment
